Amnesty International asserts “ Israel” continues to cover up its  crimes in occupied Palestine

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, Oct.12, (ST)- Amnesty International has asserted that “Israel” continues to cover up the crimes and violations of the genocidal war in Gaza by preventing foreign journalists from accessing the Palestinian territories, especially the Gaza Strip.

The organization said in a statement released today: “Israel’s prevention of foreign journalists’ access to the Palestinian territories, especially the Gaza Strip, aims to obscure the crimes committed against civilians and grave violations, which amount to genocide.”

It pointed out that the journalist in Palestine does not convey news, but also witnesses the events, and therefore the occupation refuses the entry of journalists, aiming to prevent them from being witnesses to the atrocities committed by its army.

The organization indicated that the occupation’s targeting of Palestinian journalists led to the martyrdom of more than 160 of them and injuring and arresting others.
