Al-Nau qualifies for ITF final

BEIRUT,(ST)-Outstanding Syrian tennis player Ammer al-Nau has made it through to the U-14  ITF (International Tennis Federation) Championship final currently being held in Beirut, Lebanon.

Some 96 players are competing in the said event which will wrap up next Friday.

En route to the final,al-Nau outplayed his Egyptian counterpart Sami Grassi 6-0 6-0 in the semis.

In the final,al-Nau is due to meet another Egyptian Ahmad Nouman who beat Jamal Ali from Libya 6-0  6-1 in the semi-final.
