The occupation forces demolish 3 homes and several facilities in Al-Quds and Bethlehem
The Israeli occupation forces demolished 3 homes and several facilities in the town of Anata, east of occupied Al-Quds (Jerusalem), and in the village of Al-Walaja, northwest of the city of Bethlehem in the West Bank.
Wafa Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed into the southeastern area of Anata, accompanied by two bulldozers, and demolished a house and several commercial facilities.
They also stormed into the village of Al-Walaja and demolished two houses near its main entrance.
Since the start of the occupation’s aggression against the Gaza Strip last October, and in parallel with the unprecedented destruction of homes and facilities in the Strip, demolition operations have escalated in the West Bank, as the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission revealed that the occupation authorities demolished 318 facilities and homes in the West Bank during the first half of 2024.
