The Syrian Ministry of Information condemns the Ukrainian regime’s targeting of media teams covering military operations, pointing out that this act recalls the terrorist attacks that targeted Syrian reporters who were covering events in Syria to convey the truth of the terrorist war waged on the country and confront Western falsification and misinformation.

In a statement on Saturday, the ministry expressed sadness over the news about the murder of the Russian Novosti Agency’s correspondent Rostislav Zhuravlyov and the injury of three others in Ukrainian shelling that intentionally targeted media teams covering the Russian military operation.

The ministry added that the common element between terrorist organizations and Kiev regime is that both sides have the same operator which is the United States and the affiliated European countrie, this they shoulder the same responsibility for these crimes.”.
