Damien Magro, a spokesman for the “Foreign Legion” in the Ukrainian armed forces, has acknowledged that mercenaries from 55 countries, most of them from the U.S. and Britain, have joined the “Foreign Legion” established by the Ukrainian authorities to fight the Russian forces, Tass news agency reported.
In a statement on Tuesday, Magro said that these fighters came from all continents, including from countries like Brazil, South Korea, Australia and others, pointing out that the biggest formation in this legion contains mainly Americans and Britons, and then fighters from Poland and Canada.
