The misinformation campaigns and the killing of civilians in the Ukraine by the new extremists bring back to us scenarios similar to what happened when the West called what happened in Arab countries the “Arab Spring” because the operator and the mastermind are one represented by the United States and its Western partners.
The neo-Nazis in Ukraine, in clear violation of the resolutions of international legitimacy, find no harm in adopting all criminal methods against civilians, including indiscriminate assassinations, spreading heavy weapons in residential areas near hospitals, schools and nurseries, and targeting residential centers and hospitals, as in what happened in “Volnovakha,” according to a statement released recently by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
In one of the identical scenarios, the Ukrainian radicals are systematically obstructing rescue operations and intimidating civilians trying to get out of the combat zones.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov warned in a press conference today that the Ukrainian authorities continue to use civilians as human shields and prevent them from leaving through the humanitarian corridors that Russia opens.
In this regard, the head of the Russian National Defense Center, General Mikhail Mizintsev, confirmed that the “Nazis” are holding tens of thousands of Ukrainian citizens in Kyiv, Kharkov, Sumy, Odessa and Mariupol and do not allow them to go out to safe places, in addition to detaining nearly seven thousand civilians from sixteen different countries.
What Mezintsev revealed was confirmed by the Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Major-General Igor Konashnikov that “in Ukraine, militants and neo-nationalists are holding more than 7,000 foreign citizens hostage and besieging the crews of 70 foreign ships in Ukrainian ports,” according to TASS news agency.
Among those scenarios is also the media misleading through broadcasting confusing information and malicious propaganda campaigns with the aim of inflaming tension on the international arena and limiting the active Russian role, with funding from Western countries, led by the United States. The Russian ambassador to Egypt Georgy Borisenko said that “Western and Ukrainian politicians and media have literally filled the media sphere with lies about the causes and course of the Russian military operation,” according to Sputnik.
Those practices and crimes bring us back to what the terrorists used to do in many Syrian villages, towns and cities, and the positions of the West and America supporting them at a time when the world sees, according to observers, that America is the last one who has the right to talk about international law and the violation of conventions, as it has become the first godfather in violating charters and killing millions of innocent people in its wars, starting with the Korean War, then Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and other wars.
