Corona virus kills four million and 720 thousand people around the world

Capitals (ST): The Corona virus has claimed the lives of more than four million and 720 thousand people around the world since its outbreak began in December 2019, according to the latest statistics from the American World Meters website.

According to the website, the total number of Corona infections around the world has so far reached 230 million and 178 thousand and 134 infections, and the total deaths have reached 4720,255 cases, while the total cases of recovery from infection with the virus have reached 206887447 cases.

The United States continues to lead the countries most affected by the virus in terms of infections and deaths, with 696,158 deaths out of 43,181,248 cases, followed by India with 445,799 deaths out of 335,29986 infections, and Brazil third, with 591,440 deaths out of 21247669 infections.
