43,374 martyrs since the beginning of the Israeli war of extermination on the Gaza Strip

Occupied Al-Quds (ST) – The Palestinian Minister of Health announced that the Israeli occupation committed 3 massacres in the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, resulting in 33 martyrs and wounding 156.

The Ministry stated today that the number of martyred and wounded in the ongoing Israeli aggression for the 395th day on the Strip has risen to 43,374 martyrs and 102,261 wounded, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads as ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.

The occupation forces have been besieging and penetrating the northern areas of the Gaza Strip for a whole month, committing the crime of ethnic cleansing and genocide, which resulted in the martyrdom of 1,800 Palestinians and the injury of 4,000 others and hundreds of missing persons, in addition to the destruction of hospitals and infrastructure.

On October 5, the occupation began an unprecedented bombing of the northern areas of the Strip before invading it, amidst a tight siege and preventing the entry of food, medical and fuel aid, committing dozens of massacres by bombing homes, roads and the health system.

The occupation destroyed all hospitals in the northern Gaza Strip putting them out of service, and forcibly stopped civil defense services due to the bombing, arrest of cadres, and targeting of ambulances, in addition to destroying the infrastructure, water and sewage networks.

The occupation continues to use the weapon of starving and depriving civilians by preventing 3,800 trucks of aid and goods from reaching the northern Gaza Strip, deliberately starving nearly 400,000 Palestinians in the area, including 100,000 children.

It also destroyed dozens of displacement and shelter centers that housed tens of thousands of displaced people who fled their homes in search of safety and security.
