Value of “Barada” Company’s products exceeds 8.3 billion SYP

Despite the difficulties that hindered work, especially in terms of securing production requirements in light of the high prices of raw materials, the General Company for Metallurgical Industries (Barada) was able to implement its production plan for the year 2023 and supply the local market with its products of household electrical appliances at prices lower than their counterparts in the market by a percentage ranging between 20 and 25%. percent.

According to the company’s data,   the value of last year’s sales amounted to 7 billion and 775 million SYP .It has a stock of various products with a value exceeding one billion SYP, which is fully marketed to positive intervention agencies such as the Syrian Trading Company , the Military Social Foundation,  in addition to the company’s showrooms in Damascus, Damascus countryside, Aleppo, Lattakia, Jableh, and a number of other public regions.

“Barada company’s general manager, Engineer Ali Abbas, explained in a statement to SANA’s correspondent that the company continues to diversify and develop its products and introduce new ones to meet the needs of the Syrian family at prices that range between 20 and 25 percent lower than similar products in the local market.

Abbas pointed out that the company was able to implement the investment plan through supplying a plastic mill to recycle products and invest  them into the production process.
