Upon the directives of President al-Assad, al-Hilal visits Deir Ezzor, Palmyra and al-Sukhnah

Homs/Deir Ezzor – Upon the directives of President Bashar al-Assad, Assistant Regional Secretary of al-Baath Arab Socialist Party Hilal al-Hilal visited on Saturday Deir Ezzor province and the cities of Tadmor (Palmyra) and al-Sukhnah.

During the visit, al-Hilal hailed the victories achieved by the Syrian Arab Army in the city of Palmyra which put an end to the terrorists and the countries supporting them, SANA reported.

He also stressed that the reconstruction plan to build what has been destroyed by terrorism, should continue according to the plans, calling on the concerned parties to coordinate to perform all projects especially services.

At the end of his visit to Palmyra and al-Sukhnah, al-Hilal conducted a field tour to a number of the Syrian Arab Army units operating in the eastern area.

Al-Hilal, Deir Ezzor Governer and the accompanying delegation inspected the citizens’ living conditions and their needs, pointing out to the great improvement in the situation of the city after being cleared of terrorism.
