Iran calls on international organizations to assume their responsibilities in stopping the Israeli occupation’s violations in Palestine

Tehran (ST): Spokesman for the Iranian Foreign Ministry Nasser Kanaani strongly condemned the desecration of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Al-Quds by a minister in the government of the racist Israeli occupation entity.

Kanaani stressed in a statement that “any desecration of the holy places in occupied Palestine is a violation of international resolutions and an insult to the values and sanctities of the Muslims of the world, and it will be faced with the reaction of the Islamic peoples, calling on the international organizations, including the United Nations, to shoulder their legal responsibilities by preventing attacks and atrocities by the aggressive and racist Zionist entity against the Palestinian people and their sanctities.”

Kanaani called on all freedom-loving peoples of the world to defend Al-Quds and confront the aggressive acts of the Zionist occupation.

Itamar Ben Gvir, the minister in the occupation government, and a number of settlers stormed this morning into the mosque from the Al-Magharbeh Gate side, and carried out provocative tours in its courtyards under the heavy protection of the occupation forces.
