US Pentagon affirms existence of some Corona virus infections on board ship hospitals
Washington (ST) The US Pentagon affirmed that a number of infection cases in Corona virus were registered on board the ship hospitals which offer treatment to patients in New York and Los Angeles.
Reuters quoted General Paul Fredrick, the surgeon at the American Joint Chiefs of Staff as saying in a press conference that a number of patients on board the ships have been infected with Corona virus, but he didn’t specify the number of cases.
In turn, the spokesman for the Pentagon Jonathan Hoffman said that the hospital ship ‘Comfort’ would continue to receive patients whether they are infected with Corona virus or not.
He added that the US army would start today testing Corona virus vaccination on animals.
