Occupied Al-Quds, (ST)- The United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees (UNRWA) confirmed that one million Palestinians were forced to flee from the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip during the past three weeks, as a result of the Israeli aggression on the city.
Palestinian Wafa Agency quoted the UN agency as saying in a statement :”One million people were displaced from Rafah during the past three weeks, despite there being no safe place to go amid the Israeli bombing.”
The agency said that the lack of food and water, the accumulation of piles of waste, and the unsuitable living conditions make providing assistance almost impossible day after day.
On the sixth of this month, the occupation began to invade the city of Rafah, ignoring the international rejection of this heinous act .
