No new corona-virus infections registered in the Chinese city of Wuhan

Beijing (ST): The Health Committee in Hubei district in the Centre of China said that the city of Wuhan did not register any new case of corona-virus infection and this is the first day that did not witness increase in infections during the city’s battle against the killer virus which started several months ago.

The Chinese News Agency quoted the committee as saying that the number of infections in Wuhan city remained 50005 yesterday.

Meanwhile, the Chinese National Health Committee said that it received reports about 34 infection cases all of them coming from outside China. It added that 819 patients who had the virus had recovered and got out of hospitals.
