Many delegations interrupt Netanyahu’s speech at the United Nations in protest against Israeli massacres in Gaza Strip and Lebanon
Several delegations of Arab and foreign countries left the UN General Assembly Hall just before the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu delivered his speech in protest at the massacres he is committing in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon.
The diplomats left the General Assembly Hall when Netanyahu arrived, coinciding with protest chants inside the Hall condemning the Israeli aggression on Gaza and Lebanon.
Netanyahu attacked the United Nations through its platform, calling it the “dark organization”, and said: “The United Nations is nothing more than a contemptuous farce.”
Hundreds also demonstrated in front of the UN headquarters in New York City to protest Netanyahu’s speech, carrying Palestinian flags and chanting slogans demanding an end to the occupation of the Palestinian territories and an end to the aggression on the Gaza Strip and Lebanon.
Demonstrators demanded that Netanyahu be held accountable and arrested for his genocide in the Gaza Strip and Lebanon, which killed and injured tens of thousands.
