Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed that the more Western weapons are pumped into Ukraine, the longer the crisis will last.
“The strengthening of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization “NATO” in the east is a continuation of its unacceptable approach of expansion and approaching the borders of the Russian Federation,” Lavrov said during a press conference today at the conclusion of the meeting of foreign ministers of the countries bordering the Caspian Sea in the Turkmen capital Ashgabat.
Lavrov indicated that the Summit of the states overlooking the Caspian sea, which will be held tomorrow in Ashgabat, will focus on the need to strengthen military cooperation, pointing out that the five Caspian countries agreed to accelerate work on an agreement to enhance confidence-building measures and military cooperation.
