Occupied Jerusalem (ST): Four Palestinians were wounded and scores suffered from suffocation cases in Kafr Qadoum village when Israeli forces of occupation suppressed the weekly anti-settlement demonstration, which demanded for re-opening the village street that has been closed for 16 years to the east of Qalqilyeh in the West Bank.
The Palestinian News Agency quoted the coordinator of popular resistance in Kafr Qadoum Murad Shteiwi as saying that the occupation forces broke into the village and opened intensive live ammunition and gas bombs against demonstrators who denounced the occupation authorities’ declaration to annex parts of the West Bank.
The village witnesses demonstrations weekly in protest of the Israeli racist settlement policy.
