Havana,(ST)-Cuba rejected the US administration’s decision to include it in the list of so-called “countries that do not cooperate with counterterrorism efforts,” while denouncing the US silence on the armed attack on the Cuban embassy in Washington last week.
“The United States State Department puts Cuba on the fake list of countries that do not cooperate in fighting terrorism but have not prevented or condemned the terrorist attack against our embassy in Washington,” Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez said in a tweet, noting that the United States is hiding its history of state terrorism against his country and is protecting groups that carry out violence on its soil.
