Burgsdorff condemns the Israeli occupation’s crime of killing a Palestinian child in Ramallah
Representative of the European Union in occupied Palestine Sven Kuhl Von Burgsdorff has condemned the Israeli occupation’s crime of killing a Palestinian child in Al-Maghir village, to the east of the West Bank city of Ramallah.
In a statement reported by WAFA news agency on Saturday, Burgsdorff called for conducting an investigation into this criminal act and punishing the perpetrators. He pointed out that children in war times should be protected pursuant to the international law.
“How many other Palestinian children will be subjected to excessive use of lethal force by the Israeli forces” he asked.
Ali Abu Alia, a 13 years old Palestinian boy, was martyred on Friday because of serious wounds caused to him when the Israeli occupation forces opened fire on Palestinians in Al-Maghir village.
