Al-Kharafi: Gulf Cable and Electrical Industries Group sees promising opportunities in the Syrian market

Badr Nasser Al-Kharafi, the vice chairman of the Gulf Cable and Electrical Industries Group from Kuwait, stated that the group sees promising opportunities in the Syrian market, which can be effectively served through the company’s factory in Jordan, located near the Syrian border.

In a special interview with CNBC Arabia, Al-Kharafi mentioned, “During our recent visit to Syria, we discussed opportunities for establishing vital projects, including the possibility of opening a factory there. We talked about several important initiatives that will benefit Kuwaiti companies, and we are optimistic about the potential of the Syrian market.”
