Abdullahian: Iran is asking for realism from America to be able to reach a good and lasting agreement
Tehran (ST): Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdullahian affirmed that his country is committed to its commitments in the nuclear agreement and asks the Americans to be realistic so that reaching a good, strong and sustainable agreement is possible.
Abdullahian referred during a phone call today with his Kuwaiti counterpart Sheikh Ahmed Nasser Al-Sabah to the negotiations to lift the embargo in the past three months, expressing his country’s hope that the US side would take a realistic approach until the negotiations reached their final stage.
For his part, Sheikh Al-Sabah stressed that Kuwait has always sought to strengthen relations with Iran, referring to the Iranian initiative to develop relations with countries in the region.
