11 Civilians Martyred in Fresh US-Led Coalition Airstrikes against Town in Deir Ezzor Couyntryside

DEIR EZZOR, (ST)- Fresh US-led coalition’s airstrikes on al-Shaf’a town in Deir Ezzor countryside have claimed the lives of at least 11 civilians and caused destruction to many houses.

Local sources told SANA correspondent that the warplanes of the international coalition led by the United States, purpurtedly to fight Daesh terrorist organization, bombarded Thursday evening several houses in al-Shaf’a town killing 11 people from one familiy.

The sources added that the continuous shelling by the coalition also caused huge destruction to a number of houses and led to the displacement of several families.

Hundreds of media and intelligence reports have affimed that Washington has supported Daesh terrorists by supplying them with weapons.

The new crime is one of tens of other previous crimes committed by th coalition over the past months in Deir Ezzor southeastern countryside.

Syria has repeatedly sent the United Nations and the Security Coucil messages calling on them to immediately interefer as to put an end to the coalition’s massacres against the Syrians and to establish an international independent neutral mechanism to ivestigate these massacres which have claimed the lives of thousands of Syrian civilians since the illegal formation of the US-led coalition in 2014.
