Ingredients
1 kg zucchini, sliced
5 cloves chopped garlic
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Salt
Preparation
1- Cook the garlic in oil over medium heat for 1 minute in a skillet.
2- Add the zucchini, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook and stir for 4-6 minutes or until zucchini is crisp-tender.
3- Serve Hot.
