Ingredients
4 small zucchinis, diced
1/5 cup butter
1 onion, finely diced
2 cup corn
Black pepper to taste
Salt
Preparation
1- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, 1 to 2 minutes.
2- Cook and stir onion in the melted butter until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3- Add zucchini and corn; cook and stir until zucchini is tender, about 10 minutes.
4- Season with sea salt and pepper.
