Zoubi: Terrorists Committed Khan al-Asal Massacre will Pay high Price

DAMASCUS,(ST)_ Information Minister Omran Zoubi said that terrorists who committed Khan al-Asal massacre and countries that supported ,financed and armed them will pay a high price that they will not able to afford and that the decision of the Syrian people, army and leadership to that is so clear and unequivocal.

In an interview with the Syrian Arab TV yesterday, the minister explained that objective of Khan al-Asal massacre is to terrify the Syrian people and change the military equation on the ground, especially at a time when the Syrian Arab Army is advancing on all axes of military operations.

He continued that those supporting terrorists , guide , train , and fund them are known , namely the USA, France, Britain, Saudi Arabia and Turkey who, all, bear direct legal responsibility for crimes committed by their tools, according to international resolutions on counter-terrorism which are being violated daily on the Syrian borders with Turkey, Jordan and Lebanon.

” Supporters of terrorists in Syria are known and we notified the UN and many governments around the world, of details, information and documents on that, but all of that was ignored for serving known agendas,” the Minister underscored.

The minister indicated that the Wahhabi takfiri jurisprudence of the terrorist groups in Syria, is unilateral and thus eventually matches with the Zionist mono ideology, adding that, on this point , Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Israel adopt consistent anti-Syrian people position , while the Syrian people, the owner of history, culture , civilization and diversity are the natural enemy of this mono thought.

The Minister called on the political opposition abroad to distance itself from terrorism and to condemn the ongoing massacres against the Syrian people and army and go directly to dialogue and political solution by joining the Syrian state efforts to face terrorism .

Minister Zoubi stressed that the terrorist groups are using civilians as human shields to carry out their crimes , a matter which prevents the Syrian Arab Army of speedy decisiveness of the fight with terrorists in some areas or using heavy weapons in order to protect civilians.

The Minister stressed that the first beneficiary of exhausting and weakening of the Syrian Arab Army and the rest of the Arab armies is Israel, because in a whole, armies constitute the real leverage of the ability of Arab countries to face any external interference.

” The Saudi regime has been involved in supporting terrorists fighting Arab armies, and there are princes from the Saudi royal family living in Amman to manage the funding and arming terrorists in Syria and some others of them are in Turkey for the same purpose,” the Minister stressed.

He continued that Saudi Arabia has been exercising this sabotage role for decades because it is a functional entity functional by nature, as is the case with the Israeli occupation entity , noting that its function lies in the destruction of the national project in the Arab world , achieve dismantling, destruction , disruption and instability while exercising  same role against Egypt of Jamal Abdel Nasser and against Syria and Iraq.

He pointed out that the  ruling government of the Justice and Development Party in Turkey is part of the Muslim Brotherhood project in the region and therefore it is directly engaged in the conspiracy against Arabism through the Syrian gate by supporting Takfiri terrorists.

Zoubi explained that what is planned for Egypt is exactly like what is planned against Syria , aiming at the destruction of the Egyptian state ,the military establishment and the Egyptian citizen through violence and arms, especially after the fall of the Muslim Brotherhood project and its inability to achieve these goals.

Over the history of the region , the minister went on, Syria, Egypt and Iraq have been the national nerve and cultural heritage of this part of the world, and it is required today to dismantle the establishments in these countries in order to serve the Zionist project in the region.
