Zoubi : Fighting terrorism must be joint in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq

DAMASCUS,(ST)_ Information Minister Omran Zoubi stressed that terrorism which targets the entire region is the ” same terrorist project “, backed by identical sides that have operation rooms, and  should be jointly confronted in Syria, the same way in Lebanon and Iraq,” stressing the need to have a ” confrontation strategy  against terrorism in the region, taking into account sides  supporting, funding and making benefits out of it, all at once.”

In a telephone interview with al-Manar TV yesterday Zoubi, indicated after saluting resistance and the souls of the martyrs and extending wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured,  that the ” Israeli enemy is the sole beneficiary of terrorist bombings, which occurred in the area of Bir Hassan in Beirut today, and all terrorist acts in Syria, Lebanon and Iraq.

He noted that “the terrorist project targets the entire region, its stability and co-existence of the Lebanese people social strata, as well as the peoples of Syria and Iraq, all religions, sects and parties and all political forces and all national and political projects, which aim to protect the interests of these countries and their people “.

He stressed that the Syrian army works very efficiently to block roads used by those terrorists either between Syria and Lebanon or the Syrian cities, towns and villages, adding that ” this work must always be joint and supported by a political orientation  as well as dealing with terrorism incubating environments
