Israeli warplanes renew violation of Lebanese airspace

BEIRUT, (ST) – The Israeli enemy on Monday renewed its violation of the Lebanese airspace and sovereignty by carrying out flights over several Lebanese areas.

The Lebanese Army Command said in a statement that a hostile reconnaissance plane violated Lebanese airspace over the town of Mays al-Jabal and carried out circular flights over the south, Beirut and its suburbs, and Baabda and Aley, then left Lebanese airspace towards the occupied territories.

In another statement, the leadership indicated that four hostile reconnaissance aircraft violated Lebanese airspace from above the sea west of the town of Naqura to Beirut and carried out circular flights over the areas of the south and above the sea in front of the city of Sidon, up to the town of Machghara in the Western Bekaa, then they all left the airspace towards the occupied territories.
