Israeli occupation renews aggression on besieged Gaza Strip

GAZA, Occupied Palestine, (ST)  – The Israeli occupation warplanes early this morning attacked several targets throughout the besieged Gaza Strip causing heavy damage to the Palestinians’ houses and properties.

The Palestinian Maan News Agency said that Israeli warplanes fired more than 10 missiles at targets and agricultural land in the northwest of Gaza City and in Beit Lahiya.

The Israeli airstrikes on Gaza, which began last Tuesday have killed 34 people, including women and children from the same family and over 100 wounded, not to mention the huge destruction in properties.

In another development, dozens of Palestinians suffered from suffocation today after they inhaled teargas fired by the Israeli occupation forces at Palestinian demonstrators in the West Bank who were protesting against Israel’s attacks on Gaza.

Wafa news agency said that the injured Palestinians were students from Beir Zeit university who arrived at the entrance of al-Bira city in the West Bank to participate in a demonstration against  the Israeli crimes in Gaza.

Yesterday, several Palestinian demonstrators in Beit Lahem in the West Bank also suffered from suffocation when the Israeli forces attacked them with gas bombs trying  to disperse them.
