Zionist Occupation Forces Arrest Al-Alam TV Correspondent in Occupied Syrian Golan

OCCUPIED SYRIAN GOLAN, (ST)- The Israeli occupation authorities today morning arrested Bassam Al Safadi, Al-Alam correspondent in the occupied Syrian Golan, during a raid on his house.

The Israeli forces without any reason arrested al-Safadi and took him to an unknown place.

In a phone call with the Al-Alam channel, al-Safadi wife said “after arresting him, the Zionist soldiers seized his laptop, camera and other equipments without any explanation or justification.

It isn’t the first time the Israeli occupation forces arrest Al-Alam TV reporters. The channel’s correspondents in occupied al-Quds and the West Bank had also been arrested before. The occupation also targeted Al-Alam office during Gaza war.

Al-Safadi’s report on Israel’s stealing of the Syrian Golan oil has angered the Israeli authorities.
