Israeli occupation besieges the old city in occupied Al-Quds

The Israeli occupation forces on Monday besieged the old city in occupied Al-Quds and closed a number of roads and streets around it.

WAFA News Agency reported that the occupation forces are deployed in different parts of the old city as well as in the neighborhoods and roads leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque. They forced merchants to close their shops and imposed restrictions on the movement of the Palestinians in order to prevent them from reaching the mosque.

The agency pointed out that the Israeli settlers have called for storming the old city this evening, starting from the areas of Bab Al-Amoud and Bab Al-Khalil towards the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
