Zionist Intelligence Chief: We’ll Do All We Can to Prevent ISIS Defeat in Syria

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, (ST)-Israel’s Military Intelligence Chief Herzi Halevy has announced that Israel will do all it can so as to avoid the defeat of ISIS terrorist organization by the Syrian Army.

In a speech at the “Herzliya” Conference, Halevy expressed concern about the recent losses of ISIS in Syria and declared openly that Israel does not want to see ISIS defeated in the war because this will put it in a hard position and in an embarrassing situation.

He pointed out that in the last three months the ISIS terrorist organization was facing the most difficult situation since its inception and declaration of a so-called “caliphate”.

According to observers, “Israel” is looking for ways to provide direct support for ISIS terrorists as a matter of policy, and not just rhetoric.

Israeli officials have regularly expressed comfort with the idea of ISIS conquering the whole of Syria if it guarantees the elimination of the Syrian army.

From the very beginning of the terrorist war in Syria, Israel has established links with the terrorist groups which it calls “opposition”. Israel’s cooperation and coordination with the “Jabhat al-Nusra” terrorist organization in Syria has been evident in the support it provided to the terrorists by offering medical treatment to the wounded terrorists in the occupation’s hospitals and in supplying the so-called “Free Syrian Army” with weapons and information.

It is worth mentioning that the leading figure in the so-called “Free Syrian Army” Issam Zeitun is attending discussions at “Herzliya” Conference and is calling for coordination with “Israel” and the so-called “armed opposition” in the war against the Syrian Arab Army.
