OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, SEP.21, (ST)- Army-protected Israeli colonists attacked Palestinian citizens in the Old City of Hebron today, throwing stones at them, according to local sources. No injuries were reported.
Eyewitnesses reported that the colonists, under the protection of Israeli occupation soldiers, targeted unarmed civilians, resulting in damage to properties and shop doors.
Recently, Israeli colonists illegally occupied the Osama bin al-Munqidh School in the Old City of Hebron, a Palestinian institution established in 1981, and converted it into a Jewish school named “Beit Romano,” which now hosts around 250 colonists.
In Ramallah, Israeli colonists attacked a Palestinian civilian today and forcibly removed him and his family from their home in the village of Al-Mughayer, in the occupied West Bank.
Witnesses told WAFA that the assailants attacked Rizq Abu Naim, 60, while he was at home on the outskirts of the village.
During the attack, the colonists physically assaulted Rizq, hurled insults at him, and threatened him and his family with weapons, compelling them to leave their residence.
Locals expressed concern about the increasing frequency of settler incursions and provocations in the area, which have contributed to the daily tensions in the region.
