Zarif: US allegations on supporting Iranian people a big lie

Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Jawad Zarif affirmed that the allegations of the US officials regarding supporting the Iranian people are a big lie.

Commenting on the US officials’ statements on the riot acts witnessed by some Iranian cities, Zarif said that it is impossible for the American regime, which practices economic terrorism against the Iranian people through preventing the import of food and medicine to Iranians, to allegedly claim that it stands in support of the Iranian people.

Zarif called on his American counterpart to shoulder responsibility first towards the terrorist acts and the crimes against humanity Washington is perpetrating against Iranian people.
