Zakharova: International institutions prevented our access to biological laboratories in Ukraine and Georgia
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova revealed that international institutions have prevented Russian experts from accessing biological laboratories in Ukraine and Georgia.
Russia Today website quoted Zakharova as saying, “We sought to access these laboratories through international legal institutions, but these institutions told us that neither you nor the specialized observers can enter the laboratories. This means that experiments were conducted in violation of the law.”
Zakharova emphasized that the Pentagon used these biological laboratories for military purposes because it does not spend a single cent on something that does not target military interests.
The British Daily Mail newspaper published on Saturday documents that partially confirm the validity of the Russian accusations against Hunter Biden, son of US President Joe Biden, of his involvement in financing biological laboratories in Ukraine.
On the other hand, Zakharova described the ongoing negotiations with the Ukrainian side as “neither good nor bad,” because the Kiev authorities use negotiations to divert attention, build their military capabilities, and continue to destroy with all means possible.
Earlier, assistant to Russian President and head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky, said that Moscow in its negotiations with Kiev insists on a comprehensive treaty, taking into account the vital points of Russia.
