Zahran: Ottoman’s Scheme Failed by Syrians’ Steadfastness

DAMASCUS,(ST)-  Lebanese Journalist Salem Zahran, head of the Media Focal Center in Beirut confirmed that the war which aims at Syria and uses arms, media, diplomatic and psychological war is designed to sow discord between the nation’s citizens.

In a lecture about the crisis in Syria, Zahran added that this Foreign war aimed at fragmenting the region into small emirates ruled by rednecks who fight each others, asserting that the Turkish government revealed its true face and conspiracy against Syria and facilitated the entry of terrorists and weapons to Syria; this Turkish government aimed at reviving the old Ottoman’s scheme in addition to splitting Syria into entities to be subjected to Ottoman entity.

He also asserted the failure of this Ottoman scheme and  the achievement of the Syria’s triumph by the sacrifices of its sons.
