Yemeni air defences intercept Saudi aggressive airstrikes

Sana’ (ST): The Yemeni air defences foiled an attempt made by the warplanes of the alliance of the Saudi aggression in Sarwah near Ma’reb governorate last night.

Al-Masirah website quoted the spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces as saying that the Yemeni air defences intercepted Saudi warplanes and forced them to  retreat stressing the need for the continuity to confront the aggression and protect the Yemeni sovereignty.

Meanwhile, two Yemenis were killed and five others wounded when the Saudi warplanes launched new air strikes against the governorates of Sa’ada, al-Jouf and Heja.

A Yemeni military source said that the Saudi aggression represents a new breach of the ceasefire agreement raising the Saudi violations of the agreement to 103.
