With the participation of Syria, the 53rd International Fair of Algeria begins today

Damascus, Jun.13, (ST)- With the participation of Syria, the activities of the 53rd International Fair of Algeria will be launched at the Exhibition Palace in the Algerian capital today and will continue until the eighteenth of this June.

Director of the Local Production and Exports Support and Development Authority, Tha’er Fayyad, explained in a statement to news reporter that the organization of the Syrian pavilion was carried out in cooperation with the General Organization for International Fairs and Markets and the regional office of the Union of Arab Exporters and Importers, pointing out that the pavilion’s area is 81 square meters with the participation of 9 Syrian companies of various textile and clothing specializations, curtains, chemicals and accessories.

Fayyad pointed out that participation in the exhibition allows identifying investment opportunities in the Algerian market and searching for partners from consumers, suppliers and distributors from various countries participating in the exhibition.

At the beginning of this year, the Authority for Support and Development of Local Production and Exports invited the owners of economic activities to participate in the Algiers International Fair, which extends over an area of 22,668 square meters, with the participation of nearly 30 countries and 20 companies, in an effort to promote the national industry in foreign markets and open new markets to it.
