With the participation of Syria, the Council of Arab Ambassadors convenes in Moscow

Moscow (ST): With the participation of Syria, the Council of Arab Ambassadors to the Russian Federation held its regular meeting today, at the headquarters of the Arab League mission in Moscow.

According to Sputnik, ambassadors and representatives of Arab countries discussed developments in various Arab issues, including developments in the current situation in Palestine and Sudan, in addition to discussing prospects for strengthening Arab and Russian relations, in a way that serves the common interests of both sides.

The ambassadors participating in the meeting welcomed the Syrian Ambassador to Moscow, Dr. Bashar Al-Jaafari, expressing their satisfaction with the resumption of Syria’s participation in the meetings of the Council of the League of Arab States, and their confidence in Syria’s active role in the work of the Council in order to achieve common Arab interests.
