West Should Seize Opportunity Created By President Rouhani, Says Zarif

Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif called on the six world powers (the US, Russia, China, France, Britain and Germany) to seize the opportunity created by President Hassan Rouhani in the ongoing talks, according to IRNA.

ˈRouhani has created an opportunity that should not be lost and this is very important,ˈ Zatif wrote on his Twitter page on Friday.

The foreign minister pointed to the progress in talks between Iran and the Group 5+1, and said, ˈFormer Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mohamed ElBaradei was right when said progress today could’ve been reached10 years ago and Rouhani offers an opportunity that must not be missed while too much is at stake.ˈ
