West’s Economic blockade on Syria contradicts human values: Egyptian MP

CAIRO, (ST)- Egyptian Parliament member Samah Jibrael has stressed that the economic siege imposed by western countries on Syria contradicts all human values.

In a statement to SANA correspondent in Cairo, the Egyptian Parliamentarian said “we can’t count on those who have conspired on Syria and imposed vicious sanctions  to lift these coercive measures today.”

 She pointed out that those who hatched the conspiracy on Syria and the region won’t change their policies towards the Middle East because of a virus or a pandemic.

 Jibrael called for supporting Syria in confronting coronavirus and preventing its outbreak in the country.
