Weapons and remains of a Turkish-made drone left by terrorists found in liberated Idleb southern countryside

IDLIB, (ST)  – During operations to secure areas liberated from terrorism in the southern Idlib countryside,Units of the Syrian Arab Army found  weapons and munitions that the terrorists had hidden before their defeat from the area.

 

A field source in Idleb southern countryside said in a statement to SANA reporter that while carrying out combing operations in areas which have been liberated from terrorism, Syrian army units uncovered weapons and ammo , some of which are Turkish-made. The seized weapons included rockets, munitions, tanks, BMP vehicles, Grad rockets, RPG rounds, mortar shells, various grenades, and remnants of a Turkish-made drone.

The source added that the Syrian army units are continuing combing the liberated areas in Idleb southern countryside from remnants of terrorism to ensure the safe return for the locals to their areas and villages.

After liberating a number of villages, towns, and cities of southern Idlib countryside, the SANA camera documented how terrorist organizations turned archaeological sites into caves, headquarters, and training camps to prepare their terrorists. All of them were found by the Syrian Arab army units as they combed the areas freed from terrorism.
