Weapons and ammunition seized at the headquarters of the terrorist organization (ISIS) in Jasim city, Daraa countryside

Daraa (ST): The competent authorities in Daraa Governorate seized anti-armor missiles and large quantities of weapons and ammunition at the headquarters of the terrorist organization (ISIS) in Jasim city, and the surrounding farms in the northern countryside, during the security operation that aimed to eliminate the remnants of the terrorist organization in the city and its surroundings.

A field security source said in a statement to news reporter in Daraa that the raids and searches of the headquarters of the terrorist organization (ISIS) in Jasim city resulted in the seizure of anti-armor missiles, thermal cameras, and large quantities of weapons and ammunition, most of which are Western-made.

The source explained that among the confiscated weapons were light and medium weapons, including automatic rifles, anti-armor missiles, machine guns (PKC and 14.5), mortars, RPGs, hand grenades, large quantities of ammunition and fillings, and thermal cameras used for sniping purposes.
