We should pay attention to what happens to the Palestinian people, says South African Foreign Minister
Johannesburg, (ST) – South African Foreign Minister Naledi Pando emphasized that the rules of international law do not apply equally as attention is focused on issues over others.
“We must care as much about what happens to the people of Palestine as is what is happening in Ukraine,” Pando said during a press conference with her US counterpart, Anthony Blinken in Johannesburg.”
Pando added that, the Palestinian people deserve their land and freedom, and they are living in difficult conditions today, and the international community must work to solve the Palestinian issue.
Over the course of three days, the Israeli occupation launched an aggression on the Gaza Strip, killing 44 Palestinians, including 15 children and 4 women, and wounding 360 others with various injuries.
