A member of the Federation of Syrian Chambers of Agriculture ( FSCA ) Moataz Al-Sawah told the Syrian “Alwatan online “ newspaper that during a meeting held on Friday with the governor of Damascus countryside Alaa Ibrahim , means of facilitating the marketing of agricultural products, the work policy for sorting and packaging workshops and agricultural production centers were discussed
The meeting also reviewed the current agricultural situation in the framework of the government’s preventive measures to confront the novel Corona virus.
Damascus countryside Governor called for facilitating the flow of all agricultural products around the clock and stressed the necessity of meeting the agriculture requirements.
Al-Sawah pointed out that coordination is constant between the governorates of Damascus and its countryside , the government team, the Minister of Agriculture, and the FSAC as it is the incubator of most of the agricultural products and facilities, especially agricultural seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, livestock and cows, asserting the continuation of work will go on in the Damascus Chamber of Agriculture to follow up and facilitate the transportation of all the agricultural products.
