BEIRUT, (ST)- Ambassador Haitham Abu Saeed, the International Human Rights Commissioner in the Middle East, has underlined that the United States is involved in smuggling and transferring terrorists from Syria’s Raqqa countryside and other areas in the north of Syria to countries in Africa. The process was carried out in coordination with the army of the Turkish regime.

In a statement on Monday, Abu Saeed said these terrorist groups, which comprise about 1200 terrorists of different nationalities, including French, German and Chechen, were moved by American forces in coordination with the Turkish army to the African continent, Nigeria in particular.
