Washington & Ankara, the exchange of conspiratorial roles

From the very beginning of the crisis in Syria, the US and Turkey have been offering unlimited support to terrorist groups operating in Syria to hinder all the efforts exerted to resolve the crisis peacefully. Erdogan’s regime assumed the responsibility of training and facilitating the influx of terrorists coming from more than eighty states into Syrian territories. It also facilitated the plundering acts carried out by terrorists against Syrian infrastructure, especially the industrial facilities in Aleppo and other nearby areas.

As for the US, it formed the so-called illegitimate international coalition which committed scores of massacres against Syrian citizens in al-Jezira area. Moreover, the US forces have been offering military and logistic support to QASAD, the separatist militia which has implemented the US schemes in the Syrian al-Jazeera region through the brutal acts of kidnapping, raids and armed robbery of the public and private properties, houses and intimidating citizens.

The two sponsors of terrorism agreed on establishing the so-called “Safe Zone” on the Syrian-Turkish borders last August which constitutes a blatant aggression against Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and a flagrant violation of the UN Charter and international law.

The American announcement about the pull out of the US occupation troops from the area on the Syrian borders with Turkey is considered an exchange of roles with Erdogan’s regime which immediately launched aggression against the Syrian territories in al-Jazeera region targeting a number of areas in Hasaka northeastern countryside, and al-Malkiya area where separatist QASAD militias are stationed.

Once again, the US has shown its conspiratorial plans side by side with the Turkish regime for attacking Syrian territories in al-Jazeera region through giving the green light to the Turkish regime to launch a new aggression against the Syrian people.This step came to expose the exchange and coordination in the aggressive roles between Washington and Ankara, the main sponsors of terrorism, against Syria and its sovereignty.

The US withdrawal has ended Washington’s pledges to QASAD separatist militias in these areas which it has used to implement US terrorist war against Syria and its people.

The Turkish aggression against the Syrian territories is a flagrant violation of Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, and it will lead to widespread material and human damage.

The new aggression is only a completion of the preceding chapters of the terrorist war against Syria as it exposes the sinister colonialist plans of Erdogan who seeks to achieve his illusions on reviving the dead Ottoman Sultanate.

The only way for Turkey to guarantee its security is through respecting Syria’s sovereignty and unity and implementing Adana agreement between the two countries.

The US and Turkey should know well that respecting Syria’s unity and territorial integrity is the right beginning  for finding a political settlement to the crisis in Syria .
