Warm Jarish Soup

Ingredients

1/2 kg chicken wings

1 cup jreesh

1 medium onion, chopped

1 tablespoon oil

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1 pinch salt

Cooking method according to shahiya.com

1- Boil chicken wings in water and salt (you can use chicken breast as well, cut into small pieces after boiling)

2-When wings are well cooked add the Jarish to it, mix well on medium heat until it is well blended and has a puree texture either thick or liquid according to your preference. Add water if the soup is too thick.

3- Fry the chopped onion in oil until it turns golden, add it to the soup, then add the black pepper and cumin and stir well. Remove from heat and serve hot.
