US Wrong Policies Resulting in Spread of Terrorism, Says Boroujerdi

Chairman of Majlis (Iranian parliament) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi blamed the US wrong policies for out-of-control spread of terrorism in the region, IRNA reported.

Boroujerdi made the remarks in a meeting with visiting Georgian Vice-Speaker GubazSanikidz in Tehran.

‘The US wrong policies have resulted in unharnessed growth of terrorism in the region and the continuation of this trend is considered a serious threat for all countries.

 

The top Iranian lawmaker called for collective efforts of all countries to help uproot terrorism.

Sanikidz, for his part, referred to the final nuclear deal between Iran and the six world powers (the US, Russia, China, France, Britain and Germany) as the biggest event of the recent years, and said, ‘The agreement between the two sides showed that dialogue and negotiations are the best solutions while sanctions in no way helps the remove the differences.’
