US theft of Syrian oil continues

The US theft of Syrian oil continues as new batches of stolen oil were smuggled today from the Syrian Al-Jazira region to Iraq’s northern region.

Local sources told SANA that the occupation forces today brought out 35 tankers, loaded with stolen oil from Syria, to Iraq’s northern region via the illegal Al-Walid crossing in the eastern countryside of Hasaka.

“The occupation forces brought out a convoy consisting of 120 vehicles, including 65 tankers, some of them carrying damaged military equipment, in ddition to 20 refrigerated trucks and 35 tankers loaded with stolen Syrian oil to the US bases in the north of Iraq,” sources from Al-Yarubiyah countryside said.

The sources added that the convoy was accompanied by 4 pick-up vehicles affiliated to the US-backed SDF militia to protect it.
