US President Joe Biden’s Administration keeps silent after International Justice Court’s decision on Rafah

The American newspaper “Washington Post” , which is known for its bias towards the Israeli occupation entity, has criticized the complete silence of US President Joe Biden’s administration after the decision of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) regarding stopping the Israeli aggression against the city of Rafah.
In an article published in this regard, the American newspaper compared the US administration’s position, after the issuance of the ICJ’s decision in March 2022 regarding the Russian special military operation in Donbass, and its welcoming of this decision and its call on Moscow to abide by the decision, to the US administration’s “absolute silence” regarding the ICJ’s decision which calls on “Israel” to immediately stop its aggression against Rafah.
The newspaper pointed out that the United States, which prides itself as being a global leader in the field of human rights and international law, remained clearly silent, after the International Court of Justice ordered “Israel” to comply with its obligations under the Genocide Convention.
In reference to the Biden administration’s insistence on supporting the Israeli occupation entity in all the genocidal crimes it commits and its ignoring of people and international demands to stop this support, the newspaper pointed out that that the White House strongly rejected any comparison between the International Court of Justice’s decision regarding Ukraine and its decision regarding the Israeli aggression on Rafah.
The White House insisted to push its  spokespersons to adhere to one sentence when asked about developments in the situation, which is that the Biden administration was clear about its position on Rafah, that  is based on the claim that the atrocities and massacres committed by “Israel” are nothing more than a “limited military operation.”
The Biden administration’s insistence on siding with its partner “Israel” in the face of international and poople’s pressure is pushing Washington, according to American analysts and experts, into greater global isolation.
